Masterclass: Creating a character
This masterclass will primarily look at approaching and breaking down/mining a script and how to establish a character.
It will explore how to take those tricks into an audition for a production including self tape - particularly pertinent given that most auditions at the moment are self tape or Zoom.
Andy Watkins - as well as being an actor has worked as a teacher and director for 10 years. He has also worked in an agency as an assistant for two years and seen the other side of the casting / audition process.
He is happy to answer questions about what agents and casting directors are looking for at the end of the session.
